Vocational / Technical Applications
Build a generic Work and Career Skills Matrix once and export it to each
shop instructor. All students regardless of career path are meeting the
standards.
Multi-Subject Teachers
Each teacher can create a Matrix for a different subject. Then share them
between yourselves so each teacher ends up with a complete set.
For those that need an easy way to create digital files like a .doc we have templates available in .dot format. You can use
these templates over and over to quickly create Lesson Plans, Handouts, Worksheets, and Vocabulary Sheets that can then
be dropped right into your EPEE Matrix. Try this
Sales and Marketing Tool

No matter which way you wish to arrange your EPEE Matrix it can be exported and imported to any EPEE user. Create a first grade
Mathematics Matrix with all lesson plans and resources. Do the same for each grade. Create a shared file folder that is available to the
faculty. Export each Mathematics Matrix to that folder. Repeat the process with all subjects. Any faculty member can now import any
curriculum they require. They can import more than one and each will be available with a click of the corresponding tab at the left margin.
Users may wish to store their files on a flash drive and not on the schools computer. This is easy. Install your flash drive with your files into the
USB port of a computer with EPEE Software. Open EPEE and create a Matrix with your Lesson Titles. Open the appropriate drive to view your
files on your flash drive. Right click the file you wish to install into EPEE; then create a shortcut; then drag the shortcut into the appropriate
EPEE Cell. Repeat until you have entered all files. Once installed in EPEE you can delete the shortcuts from your drive if you wish. EPEE will
only maintain the short cut data in the EPEE database. No files can be accessed if your flash drive is not installed. Take the flash drive home,
make any corrections or additions to your files. EPEE will open the updated files provided you do not rename or move them.
